No! Due to the strict Washington State liquor laws we are not allowed to provide alcohol. We are a dry hire bartending service only. Alcohol must be provided by the event coordinator or a third party. We will collaborate together after getting to know your event details and specific tastes. We'll put together menu ideas, options and create beautiful signature cocktails to bring your event to life. We will then provide you with a supply list and quantity recommendations.
All of bar packages include our professional staff to serve you and your guests. All of our packages will provide two smiling bartenders. We like to keep the lines minimal and a drink in everyone's hand. All our bartenders are MAST12 certified.
Yes! We are based in East Wenatchee, Washington. We currently only travel up to 3 hours away from our home base. Over 30 miles from our home will be an additional fee of $1 per mile, round-trip.
Our packages include travel within 30 miles with no additional fees.

The process to book is easy! Pick a package, sign a contract, pay a deposit. VOILE'!
We require a 25% non-refundable initial payment to book your event. The rest is due 30 days prior to your event.
Please check with your venue about their policy on mobile bars.
To get the trailer to your desired location, we do need enough room for a truck and trailer to be able to pull in, possibly turn around and load and unload. It is our clients responsibility to ensure that there is enough room for the trailer and that the venue will allow our trailer to be parked on their property. We also need a level surface for all of to enjoy. We also must be within 75 ft of electrical plug ins. However, if no electricity is available, we can provide a generator at an additional cost.
If the Client requests cancellation of our contract 60 days or more before, Tip & Sip shall be entitled to 25% of the Estimated Total Cost.

In the event of cancellation 30 days prior to the scheduled event, the client will receive a 50% refund, as the retainer is non-refundable. Should the event need to be postponed, contracted services may be rescheduled pending availability.
Absolutely! We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance to protect our host their guests and ourselves in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
Unfortunately we do not. Space is very limited inside our mobile bar. For this reason, we have no where to load the trash from your event. Client is responsible for all trash.
NO SHOTS ARE ALLOWED! Majority of venues do not allow shots and Tip & Sip follows by that same rule. We want you and your guests to have an amazing time, but with an open bar (unlimited free alcohol) we need to impose some boundaries for the safety of your guests.
I.D.'s WILL BE CHECKED! Serving minors is illegal and taken very seriously by Tip & Sip Mobile Bar Co.
We WILL NOT serve anyone visibly intoxicated. It's not fun, but it is occasionally necessary. We want everyone to have a great time but the safety of your guests is our number one priority.
Please make sure your guests know that alcohol consumption is restricted to bar service only. Outside alcohol is not permitted. If this becomes a problem, we reserve the right to close the bar.

While we never want mother nature to ruin any party we cannot accommodate cancellations due to inclement weather. We will however work with you to try and find options to make it work.
ABSOLUTELY! We would love to collaborate with you to make sure our bar captures the vision you have for your event, as long as it doesn't cause damage to the trailer.
